When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
Zumba® Toning - 50 mins (All)
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.
Yogalates - 60mins (All)
This is a user-friendly fitness style of yoga and pilates suitable for the beginner and athletic population. The emphasis on pilates focuses on developing
the deep stabilizing muscles of the torso and strengthening core abdominal and back muscles. The focus of yoga is to breathe, stretch and feel. The non-impact resistance eliminates stress on joints, realigns muscle imbalances and focuses
on maintaining neutral pelvic and spinal alignment.
Tabata - 50mins (I & A)
Tabata is a fast paced high intensity workout that burns mega calories while providing a total body workout. Using targeted exercises that include a mix of weights, cardio, and plyometrics, 20 second rounds of all-out strength are alternated with 10 second bouts of rest. The result is a continuous fat blasting and heart pumping experience that provides approximately six minutes of focused toning and sculpting per body part. The result is a challenging high energy experience that redefines your aerobic expectations!
Pilates - 50 mins (All)
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. Pilates improves mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles through controlled movements done as mat exercises or with equipment to tone and strengthen the body. These exercises are designed so that your body uses its own weight as resistance.
Basic Yoga - 60 mins (All)
Appropriate for the beginner who wants to build a strong foundation of basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques, as well as for the practitioner who
wants to refine and master the fundamentals. It is an invitation to stretch, relax, unwind, de-stress.
Cardio Kickboxing - 50 mins (I & A)
An intense, total body workout that improves strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance. Backed by high energy music, the Cardio Kickboxing workout incorporates kicks, punches, elbows and knees, and combinations used in martial arts and boxing together with effective athletic drills. Perfect cueing and instruction allow beginners as well as more advanced exercisers to follow the challenging combinations, burn fat, release stress, & have fun!
Legs & Abs Blast - 50 mins (All)
Strengthen abdominal and lateral flexors, back extensors and core stabilizers to improve torso appearance and function. Also including lower body sculpting and strengthening exercises to compliment any figure! Formatted for all skill levels, we will help you sculpt, tone and define to the level you desire in this dynamic group setting.
Balance & Flow Yoga - 60 mins (All)
An energizing yoga class combining breath with movement. A steady flow or strengthening and balancing poses countered with restorative stretching and meditation. Modifications are offered for all levels.
